“Wow what an experience ,as soon as Amanda opened the door and put us at ease with her beautiful smile I knew I was going to be ok.I haven’t done yoga for years and she is a great teacher so kind and patient offering me an easier version of the poses.We did some breath work to get us ready for our cold plunge and Hayden came in and took us through what to expect and how to make the most of our cold plunge experience. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it,my son went through a cancer journey for nearly 4 yrs so I have a lot of built up stress and trauma that always lurked in the background of my daily life. Sitting in the cold water and concentrating on your breath with Hayden and Amanda guiding you through the 3 minutes was such a safe calming space to be in.All the stress and fear was released in the most calming beautiful way and it hasn’t been an issue for me since.I felt so energised as if a great weight was lifted off my shoulders.I have already booked in for another plunge and look forward to many more.The coffee and chats after the session was a lovely way to finish the session.On a side note I went home and cleaned my house and had a nice long walk and felt so energised and alive for the next couple of days..”

“Came across Amanda through a friend, so glad I did!! Such a beautiful setting in her home for yoga with the sun ☀️ on my skin first thing, breath work to ground you before sauna and ice bath. It was my first ice bath and I was rather nervous but Amanda coached and supported us all through it and the 3 mins went so fast!!! I felt amazing for days after and urge anyone thinking of giving it a go to do so, you couldn’t find a more supportive and welcome person to experience this with. I will be making it a monthly thing for my mental health and general wellbeing as I felt fabulous. I’ve referred to all our friends and hope they give it a go.Thanks Amanda 🙏”
