Saunas

Domestic Warranty:

  • Parts Warranty: 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Labor Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for all parts, including timber and electrical components.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and improper maintenance.

Commercial Warranty:

  • Parts Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Labor Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: As above, but limited to 12 months for all parts and labor.

Ice Baths

Domestic Use Chiller Warranty:

  • Parts Warranty: 3 years (Premium Model) & 12 months (Standard Model) from the date of purchase.

  • Labor Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for all parts, including timber and electrical components.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and improper maintenance.

Commercial Use Chiller Warranty:

  • Parts Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Labor Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: As above, but limited to 12 months for all parts and labor.

Inflatable Tub Warranty:

  • Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Includes defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and improper maintenance.

Cedar Tub Warranty:

  • Warranty: 5 years structural warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: Includes defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and improper maintenance.

Important Note: Red Cedar timber comes in various shades and every tub is unique. We cannot guarantee all tubs will look the same.

General Terms

What to Do If You Encounter a Problem:

  1. Contact Support: Email info@chakrawellness.com.au with a detailed description of the issue and photos (or videos) showing the defect.

  2. Resolution Process:

    • Spare Parts: If the issue can be resolved with spare parts, they will be sent to you at no cost.

    • Replacement: For defects that cannot be resolved with spare parts, a replacement will be provided. The return of the defective product may be required.

    • Refunds/Credits: If neither a spare part nor a replacement is available, you may be offered a partial or full refund.

General Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or modifications.

  • Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.

  • Failures due to lack of proper maintenance.

Important Points

  • DIY Solutions: For minor issues, you may be required to perform simple DIY fixes.

  • Product Maintenance: Regular maintenance is necessary to ensure longevity. This includes using care products and protecting outdoor products from environmental conditions.

Legal Rights

These warranty terms are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
