 Who are we? 

We are a husband and wife team who are aiming to educate and bring alternative wellness practices to the people of Perth. We run sessions of yoga, breathwork, hot and cold therapy in addition to selling Sauna and Cold Plunge equipment. This means we have tried and tested our products, along with many of our local Perth community!
