Chakra Wellness 2nd Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is conducted by Chakra Wellness (ABN 67 678 567 587), located in Perth, Western Australia.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 19/02/2025 and closes on 11/03/2025 at 11:59 PM AWST.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be valid.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a GlowZen 2-Person Infrared Sauna for a 3-month home trial period.
The sauna will be delivered, installed, and collected by Chakra Wellness at an agreed-upon time.
The sauna is provided as a temporary loan and must be returned after the 3-month period, unless otherwise arranged.
Exclusive Purchase Option
After 3 months, the winner will have the option to purchase the sauna at 50% off the pre-order price, paying $1,550 instead of $3,100.
4. Eligibility
Open to residents within 100km of Perth CBD, Western Australia.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
The winner must have a suitable space for the sauna (flat surface with a standard 10A power supply).
The sauna is for personal use only and cannot be rented, resold, or transferred.
5. How to Enter
Participants can earn entries in the following ways:

If a purchasing customer wins, Chakra Wellness will refund $1,550 (50% of their purchase price) immediately.
The winner can still return the sauna for a full refund at the end of the 3-month period.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be randomly drawn and announced on 13th March 2025 at 6 PM AWST via Instagram Stories and contacted via direct message (DM).
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn.
7. Sauna Installation & Return
The sauna will be delivered and set up by Chakra Wellness at an agreed time.
After 3 months, the sauna will be collected at a mutually agreed time unless the winner chooses to purchase it.
The sauna must be maintained in good condition during the trial period.
8. General Conditions
This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any third-party platforms.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
If unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., installation issues, product damage, or winner location limitations), Chakra Wellness reserves the right to modify the giveaway or select a new winner.
